UberTech recently held an event to launch two of the newest products under their distribution – the newest Sapphire HD 7000 series line of graphics cards; and a newly introduced Roccat brand of Germany-sourced gaming peripherals. Both lines were of course designed and crafted to improve the gaming experience – whether through improving the internals of your systems, or through better mice, keyboards and headphones for better control.
The Sapphire HD 7750
The Sapphire HD 7000 series is the newest in the line of AMD Radeon based graphics cards and range from the entry level 7750 to the 7970 OC and replaces the 6000 series that came before it. The new line boasts of several improved components such a new hardware tessellation engine, improved Anti-Aliasing, and of course the new “Graphics Core Next” (GCN) 28nm chip manufacturing technology for improved cooling and energy efficiency. Of course, the cards also support AMD’s CrossFireX configurations so you can combine up to 4 graphics cards for maximum performance. The entire series is available now and they range in price from PHP 5,000 to PHP 27,000.
The second half of the event was to introduce a new Roccat line of gaming peripherals. The brand is a Germany-based manufacturer and is now being distributed by UberTech Philippines for local gamers. Some of the popular products they carry include the Roccat Kone & Kova mice; keyboards like the Isku and Arvo, plus the 5.1 and 7.1 surround headsets Kave and Kulo. Prices range from PHP 1,000 up to PHP 4,000 which is the Isku Illuminated Gaming Keyboard. These should be available now in various computer stores, so check them out!
