The T-Mobile G2 / HTC Desire Z
One of our good friends have graciously lent us his personal Android device – the T-Mobile G2. The QWERTY-slider phone is actually an OEM branded HTC Desire Z[2] and is locally available from HTC retailers. The only difference is that the T-Mobile variant runs on stock Android Google 2.2 while the ones from HTC will have the popular Sense interface. We’ll have a more detailed first impressions and review for this phone in the days to come, but for now, we’ll show you around the hardware. Check the video after the jump!
As we said on the video, if you’re going to do some tactile gaming or some heavy lifting with your Android, you better opt for one with a keyboard. The Desire Z / G2 seems to be asking to do the job, and we’ll try to determine in the next few days if it has the qualifications. Stay tuned!
Big thanks to sir Bruno for the lender!
